"The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away" (KJV, Ps 90:10).
At Fourscore Technologies, we are conscious of the source from whom all blessings flow. We push beyond our weaknesses and limitations and never depend on our own individual strength but the collective gifts, wisdom and interdependence of our leadership, partners, employees, and customers. In doing this, we go beyond promises. Today, it's still true that the average human lifespan is threescore years and ten (70 years). A life lived beyond this limit signifies strength and perseverance. We intend to walk a "fourscore" journey with our employees, our partners and our customers as we create produces and services that go beyond promises."

Mr. Bexter Richardson
Our Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O)
Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bexter Richardson, served in the Maryland Army National Guard of the United States Army and has also held many Information Technology positions in service to country. Mr. Richardson background ranges from Network Engineering, Network Security Engineering, AWS Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
Mr. Richardson earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Religion and Computer Science from Sewanee: The University of the South and M.A from the School of Theology. He holds multiple IT certifications and is also the founder of LiBx Records and LiBx Records Foundation. You may see him on a stage near you someday.

Giahseymehn Barseegiah
Our President
Our Vice President of Information Technology (IT),
Mr. Giahseymehn Barseegiah is the man behind the scenes of our company that uses his knowledge and experience in technology to bring our creative visions (and those of our customers) to life. Not only is he an IT Specialist, he’s also an Entrepreneur, Poet, Songwriter, Digital Activist and Student Leader. He’s a citizen and resident of Liberia, a country located in West Africa.
He’s currently the Innovation Director of the Liberia Information Technology Student Union (LITSU), an organization that seeks out and enlists students with an interest in Technology to broaden and sharpen their technical skills. He’s also a writer for “All-Factz” and “Techxy.”
He’s a graduate of Starz University with a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) with a concentration in System Administration. To note the extent of his technical skills even more, he holds multiple professional certificates relating to Information Technology (IT) and the Leadership field.
Fun Fact: He’s the CEO of “Spark-Shooters Records,” a label specializing in Music and Acting.

Our Vice President of Finance, Mr. Emmett D. Bondo isn’t just great with numbers. He’s also an IT Specialist, Entrepreneur, Administrator, and a Leader. He’s a citizen and resident of Liberia, a country located in West Africa.
He’s proud and passionate to be an active member of the Liberia Information Technology Student Union (LITSU), an organization that seeks out and enlists students with an interest in Technology to broaden and sharpen their technical skills.
He's a graduate of Starz University, he has a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) with a concentration in Systems Administration.
He utilizes his knowledge in business administration and finances to manage our company budget precisely and accordingly with its everyday logistics, and future goals.
Miss. Euphemia M. Freeman
Our Business Admin & Developer
Our Business Admin & Developer, Euphemia Miatta Freeman is the face of our customer service operations and business development. Hailing from Monrovia, Liberia, Euphemia brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Euphemia's educational journey includes a stint at Starz College during 2010-2011, followed by graduating from Mildred Taylor Academy System in 2017-2018. Additionally, she honed her customer service skills during a six-month enrollment at Sabegna College from 2019 to 2020.
Euphemia's career in customer service began at Liberia Water and Sewers Company, where she served as a Customer Service Representative from 2018 to 2020. She also work with Lonestar Cell MTN as a Customer Service Representative from 2020 to 2021. Notably, she expanded her horizons into the hospitality industry, excelling as a Customer Service Representative, Cashier, and Bartender at Mamba Point Casino in 2023. Miss. Freeman epitomizes excellence in customer service and business development, blending her educational background with practical experience to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Mr. Michael P. George
Project Manager
Our Project Manager, Mr. Michael P. George is a citizen and resident of Liberia, a country located in West Africa.
In addition to managing multiple, professional projects within our company simultaneously, he’s also crafty with his hands, highly educated and experienced as a heavy-duty mechanic.
He holds an Associate Degree in Automotive Mechanics from the Booker Washington Institute with an Advance Certificate in Caterpillar, as well as a Certificate in Diesel Engine. There, he specializes in Project Management, Diesel Engine, Hydraulic Repair, and Auto Electricity. To further his education even more, he’s currently studying Hydraulic at the Alison online program site.
